SaaS Integrations

As a hosted service itself, ContentAir may integrate well with other hosted services ranging from storage to collaboration suites. We are dedicated to extending our CMS functionality by integrating great services that already exist. If you want to have ContentAir integrated with other services you use, please drop us a message, and we hope to make it available in the next release of ContentAir.

Integrated Services

Dropbox

Dropbox creates a folder on your computer that is hosted on the cloud, so you can access your files from anywhere.

What does it do on ContentAir?

When you need to insert an image anywhere on the page, you can access your Dropbox folder straight from ContentAir. So you can upload your files even when you do not have them on your computer (for example, you make changes to your website on a colleague's  computer).

There is also a Dropbox Gallery module that takes all photos from your chosen Dropbox folder and generates a gallery automatically.

How to enable on ContentAir?

Under User settings there is a Dropbox tab. Here you can authorize ContentAir to access your Dropbox files. Dropbox authorization works for a user, not for a website, so other website administrators will not get access to your Dropbox files unless you share them through Dropbox.

We do not store any of your files on our servers as you browse your account, so you see exactly what you have on your Dropbox. But once you choose the file to use on ContentAir, for example an image on your news post, this file gets uploaded to our cloud and optimized to improve the loading time. So if you later change or delete that file on your Dropbox, it does not affect your site content on ContentAir.
