Every domain that is bought for ContentAir is set up automatically by the provider. For any DNS-related matters you should contact them directly. If you do not know what your ContentAir provider is, please contact us.

If you register your domain elsewhere, you can transfer it to our platform with the chosen provider and it will be set up automatically. If you are not happy with the DNS service of your ContentAir provider, you are welcome to express your feedback to us and we will work on this matter.

If you want to use a domain registered elsewhere, you should use your own DNS service. You can choose any DNS provider that supports geo-targeting: Dyn.com, DNS.com, Zerigo, etc. If your DNS provider does not support geo-targeting, you cannot balance your visitors load globally and lose a big part of ContentAir global cloud advantages.
